1 Acceptance of Terms

Access to and use of the jlph3 platform is conditional on your acceptance of these Terms. Creating an account constitutes your agreement to comply with these Terms, as well as any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on jlph3 from time to time, including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming policy.

These Terms apply to all players regardless of how they access jlph3 — whether through a desktop browser, the Android app, the iPhone home screen shortcut, or any other supported access method.

3 Account Registration and Verification

Each player may hold only one active account on jlph3. Creating multiple accounts — for any reason — is a breach of these Terms.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid email address. jlph3 may request additional information at any point to complete identity verification (KYC).

Identity verification is required before the first withdrawal is processed and may be requested at other times at jlph3's discretion. Acceptable verification documents include Philippine government-issued IDs such as a passport, PhilSys National ID, driver's licence, or SSS/UMID card. Documents must be valid, clearly legible, and submitted in the format requested.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on jlph3 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). jlph3 does not accept payments in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied within the platform.

Accepted deposit methods include Philippine online banking, bank transfers, and local e-wallets. You may only use payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — where the payment comes from an account or method owned by another person — are not permitted and may result in account suspension.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier section at the time of each transaction.
• Withdrawal requests are processed after identity verification is complete. Processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section.
• Withdrawals will only be sent to a payment method that matches the name on your jlph3 account.
• jlph3 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawal requests above specified thresholds.
• Deposits made in error cannot be reversed once they have been credited to your jlph3 account and wagered. Contact support immediately if a deposit error occurs before any wagering takes place.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets and game sessions on jlph3 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each market, sport, or game type. These rules are accessible from within the relevant section of the platform. By placing a bet or starting a game session, you confirm that you have read and accepted the applicable rules for that activity.

• A bet is confirmed only when you receive an on-screen confirmation and it appears in your bet history. Bets in transit at the time of a system error are not considered confirmed.
• jlph3 reserves the right to void bets where an error in odds, market suspension, or data feed failure has occurred. In such cases, the staked PHP amount is returned to the player's account.
• Live betting odds fluctuate in real time. The odds accepted at the moment of confirmation are final, regardless of subsequent changes.
• jlph3 may limit the maximum stake or payout available to any player or on any market at its discretion, without being required to provide a reason.
• Winnings from confirmed bets are credited to your account balance in PHP promptly after the relevant event is officially settled.

6 Promotions, Bonuses, and Cashback

jlph3 offers various promotions to players from time to time. All promotions are subject to individual promotion terms that are communicated at the time the promotion is made available. These terms may include minimum deposit requirements, wagering requirements, eligible games or sports, and validity periods.

• Promotions are available to players who have a verified account in good standing unless otherwise specified.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Withdrawing real money funds before wagering requirements are cleared may result in the bonus and any bonus-derived winnings being forfeited.

8 Account Security

You must not share your account credentials with any other person. You must not allow another person to access the platform using your account. Any activity that occurs under your account credentials is your responsibility unless you have reported a breach to jlph3 support prior to that activity taking place.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on jlph3 and may result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of any balance:

• Registering or operating more than one account.
• Using another person's identity or payment details to register or fund an account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game or bet outcomes.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or other automated tools to interact with the platform.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, money laundering, or financial manipulation through the platform.
• Abusing promotions through matched betting, arbitrage, or other exploitation methods.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Accessing jlph3 from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited, if you know or have reason to believe that applies to you.

10 Account Suspension and Closure

jlph3 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time, with or without prior notice, where there is a reasonable belief that:

• These Terms have been violated;
• Fraudulent, deceptive, or abusive activity has occurred;
• The account holder does not meet the eligibility criteria; or
• Continued account access presents a risk to the platform or other players.

Where an account is closed due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any balance held may be forfeited. Where an account is closed for other reasons, any verified, non-bonus balance will be returned to the account holder through the original deposit method where possible.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact jlph3 support at any time. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and the account will be closed for the requested period or permanently as specified.

11 Limitation of Liability

jlph3 provides the platform on an "as available" basis and does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from technical issues at all times. Scheduled maintenance and unscheduled outages may occur.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, jlph3 is not liable for any loss of profits, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform. This limitation applies whether the cause is platform errors, third-party service failures, data breaches caused by forces outside jlph3's reasonable control, or any other circumstances beyond our direct actions.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits jlph3's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Changes to These Terms

jlph3 reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, players will be notified through a notice on the platform or via the email address associated with their account. The updated Terms will take effect from the date specified in the notice.

Continued use of jlph3 following notification of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. If you do not accept the changes, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure through jlph3 support.
